Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT.

Payment is required at the time of placing an order, including pre-orders. Orders will not be shipped until payment has been received.

For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer before the package can be delivered.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of unforeseen issues, such as pricing errors or items being out of stock.

Shipping and returns

We offer shipping within Denmark, the EU, and EEA countries.

Delivery times and shipping options are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Please note that delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Local taxes and import procedures may in some cases apply and could cause additional delivery delays.

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Claims

If your order is damaged, delayed, or incomplete upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

If a fault appears after use, you have the right to make a claim within 24 months from the date of purchase, in accordance with Danish law. Where possible, we will offer a repair or replacement. A refund will be issued if this is not possible.

When reaching out, please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. In some cases, we may ask you to return the product for further inspection.

Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear are not considered faulty. As many of our products are made by hand, slight variations may occur and are part of their natural character.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated and cannot be applied to already discounted items. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

Liability

Hverdag is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen during transit. We are also not liable for any customs-related delays or fees.

Privacy Policy

When placing an order, you provide personal information such as name, address, phone number, email, and payment details. This information is used solely to process and deliver your order and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to complete your order (e.g. shipping and payment providers).

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
