Shipping
At Hverdag, we pack and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time within Denmark is usually 1–3 business days.
We currently offer shipping with GLS to all countries within the EU and EEA.
Store Pickup
You can choose store pickup at checkout and collect your order at our store:

Pickup is available during store opening hours. You will receive an email or SMS once your order is ready.
Returns
You have 14 days to return your order from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Please include your order number inside the return package.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 7 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs and any additional fees are non-refundable.
